Ansept Construction is a growing general contractor delivering residential, commercial, multifamily, and design-build projects across Western Canada. We are hiring Handymen to perform a broad range of construction tasks across multiple project sites. This is a versatile, hands-on role covering minor repairs, finishing work, maintenance, and punch list completion across both residential and commercial scopes. The successful candidate is multi-skilled, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of construction and maintenance tasks across active project sites, including minor repairs, patching, caulking, hardware installation, fixture replacements, and general site upkeep.
- Complete punch list and deficiency items on projects approaching handover, ensuring all work meets quality standards and is inspection-ready.

- Carry out basic plumbing and electrical tasks within scope, such as faucet replacements, toilet installations, light fixture swaps, and outlet cover installations. Escalate any work requiring licensed trades to the Site Superintendent.
- Travel between multiple job sites within the operating region as directed, adapting to different project types and scopes on short notice.
- Maintain a clean, organized work area at all times and ensure tools and materials are properly stored and accounted for at the end of each day.
- Identify and report safety hazards, material shortages, or workmanship issues to the Site Superintendent or Project Manager promptly.
- Comply with all site safety standards, OH&S requirements, and PPE protocols at all times.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Site Superintendent or Project Manager as required.
