Ansept Group – Edmonton, AB (On-Site)
Position Type: Full-Time | On-Site | Marketing
Ansept Construction is a general contractor delivering residential, commercial, multifamily, and design-build projects across Western Canada. With 206+ completed projects across 4 provinces and a growing team of 50+, we’re adding a Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a production-focused role - someone who can keep a website sharp, turn raw footage into polished video, and make sure every photo and file is exactly where it needs to be.
This is an execution role, and if you take pride in delivering clean, on-brand work on time, you’ll fit right in. You’ll work directly with the Marketing Manager and get real ownership over the output that represents Ansept publicly.
Key Responsibilities
• Review the active task queue at the start of each day. Prioritize outstanding production tasks by deadline, project stage, and manager direction. Flag any blockers or items requiring input before beginning work.
• Manage and update the Ansept website using Webflow. Publish new listings, update team bios, swap imagery, and correct content errors as requested. Verify all updates on desktop and mobile before confirming completion.
• Edit video content from raw footage through to final export using Adobe Premiere Pro. Tasks include syncing footage, cutting to brief, adding lower thirds and graphics, colour grading, and exporting deliverables to spec for manager review.
• Cull, colour-correct, and export photography using Adobe Lightroom. Apply consistent editing standards, export files at required specifications, and file all assets in the correct Google Drive folder with the correct naming convention.
• Maintain the digital asset library in Google Drive. Ensure all files are named correctly, filed in the appropriate project or campaign folder, and that outdated or duplicate assets are archived or removed. The shared Drive must be clean and current at all times.
• Produce social media graphics and campaign assets using Canva or Adobe Photoshop as directed by the Marketing Manager. Follow brand guidelines and deliver files at the correct dimensions and format for each platform.
• Assist with scheduling and publishing social media content using the designated scheduling tool. Ensure posts are published on time, formatted correctly, and accompanied by accurate copy and tags.
• Update the task tracker at the end of each day. Note completed work, flag items requiring manager input, and ensure no open tasks are left undocumented. Maintain clear records so the Marketing Manager has full visibility of production status.
• Support ad hoc production requests as assigned, including copy edits, brochure updates, presentation formatting, and client-facing asset preparation. Handle these alongside the regular production queue without compromising quality or deadlines.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Marketing Department as required.
What We Offer
• Diverse production work across website, photography, and videography - no two weeks are the same
• Full-time employees are eligible for company benefits
• A direct path toward Senior Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Specialist as Ansept expands
• Direct access to the Marketing Manager - your work is seen, credited, and built upon
• Access to Adobe Creative Cloud, and support for relevant training or certification
You Must Have (Non-Negotiable)
• 1–2 years of hands-on marketing or content production experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage and update a Webflow or CMS-based website (show us your work)
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video editing software
• Available to work on-site in Edmonton, Monday to Friday
• Legally authorized to work in Canada
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or Digital Media
• Experience with Adobe Lightroom or Photoshop for photo editing and culling
• Familiarity with infrastructure development, construction, or project management marketing
• Experience managing digital asset libraries using Google Drive, SharePoint, or similar DAM tools
• Familiarity with a social media scheduling tool such as Later, Hootsuite, or similar
This Role Is Not Right for You If...
We respect your time. If any of the following apply, this probably isn't the right fit - but we'd encourage you to check our other openings.
• You’ve never actually edited a video from raw footage to final export - this role requires it from Day 1
• You prefer remote or hybrid work - this role is fully on-site in Edmonton
• You’re looking for a strategy or campaign planning role - this is a production and execution position
• You’re not detail-oriented about file naming, folder organization, or asset management - these are non-negotiable in this role
• You are not comfortable using standard software tools, apps, or digital platforms. This role requires daily use of Webflow, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Drive, and a task management system. All work is produced and filed digitally
